Romania, a country located in Southeastern Europe, has the reputation of having a wide variety in their culture. Romanian music and art is well known internationally for their unique, folkish taste. Their art mostly consists of wood carvings and colorful pottery, while their music contains many ballads and dance songs. Some of the most popular instruments in Romania are the violin, the flute, and the cobza (a stringed instrument resembling a lute). Romania is a very captivating place to be, and this fact is shown by the number of tourists that visit every year.
