Working to be the hands and feet of Jesus in the country of Haiti until Christ comes again, Heart of God in Haiti (an outreach of Heart of God International Ministries, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization) is committed to support the indigenous organization, Helping for Christ. We are dedicated to reaching out to the people of Port Au Prince, and spreading the Good News of the Gospel of our Lord, Jesus Christ. Children orphaned or abandoned by extreme poverty, left to survive (or not) on their own, are the focus of the ministry in Haiti under the direction of Dave and Julie Young.

The photos to the right were taken in April, 2010. Heart of God Haiti took a group of seven men to Haiti.

The desperation of the people was greater than they were prepared for. Their work there made a tremendous difference. By the time they left, wonderful connections were made to help in many ways.

Please take a few minutes to read the updates posted on the “Team Updates” page for more details about what was accomplished.
